Edoardo is a Senior Product Designer with over 8 years of experience, all built inside a single company, by choice.

He joined Unox S.p.A. when design barely existed in the company, and made a deliberate decision to go deep rather than wide. What followed was a rare opportunity: building everything from scratch, the design system, the UX of embedded operating systems, a B2B SaaS platform, the industrial language of an entire product line, and then staying long enough to see the real-world impact of those decisions.

In five years, through data-driven decisions and calculated risks, the team grew from 3 to 16 designers. The products earned multiple Red Dot Design Awards, a Good Design Award, and a Smart Label Award. The interfaces he shaped are used daily by thousands of professional chefs across the world.

He approaches design with curiosity, clarity, and a collaborative mindset, working across research, interaction design, and systems thinking to create experiences that feel natural and meaningful to the people who actually use them. He is particularly drawn to complex B2B and SaaS environments where good UX is still underestimated, and where the gap between what exists and what is possible is wide.
